Carbone Terre a Terre and Tree Canada established a large 23-hectare demonstration of its ARBRE ARR (Afforestation Reforestation Revegetation) project in Ste Sophie, Quebec that includes Tree Canada’s Maple Climate Grove. The demo allowed CTaT to fine tune its ARBRE silvicultural system.

These projects are well along in the planning stages with Community Based Organisations.
Down To Earth Carbon (DTEC) and the Smallholder Farmers Alliance of Haiti are embarking on a 10-year partnership to restore more than 6000 hectares of degraded savannah, thus increasing farmers’ incomes and strengthening food security in earthquake and hurricane-ravaged parts of Haiti.
